Waitress and Waiter (พนักงานเสริฟ)

Must at least finish at college level, not under. Qualifications is important, but experience, knowledge & being able to learn fast is essential more than anything else. No matter how high you've graduated, if you don't have enough experience its a waste of time reading books...

Think about all the successful people like Richard Branson, did he go to University? No.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

If you cannot read English here, then unfortunately you are not suitable for this job.

1. Greet all guests! Every time you meet them or see them, it is polite to do so.
2. Smile at all times.
3. Take orders, serve guests, make sure guests are happy with food and drinks
4. Must have some experience with cold drinks such as smoothies, lime blend and cocktails
5. Must be 18 or over to be able to work with alcohol
6. Must be able to read and write and speak a little bit of English as our customers are 50% European and 50% Asian.
7. Keep an eye out for new guests walking in ( Always customer focused)
8. Collect finished plates
9. Restock and count drinks
10. Keep the bar clean and tidy at all times
11. Floor must be brushed and mopped
12. Orders must be written down onto the book and orders on the paper must be given to a chef so they can prepare food asap.
13. DURING WORK HOURS PHONES ARE NOT ALLOWED !!!!!!!!!!!!!! COMMON SENSE
14. Must be flexible for example must be able to swap between morning and evening shifts or work extra hours on busy days
15. We want someone who is enthusiastic to work and love to learn and take on new challenges.
Perks

Uniform is available and must be worn everyday
Deposit for uniform is 300 THB
We have a place for staff to stay if needed, (free however electric & water must be paid by staff) 1 free meal everyday
Tips extra for restaurant (can vary from 1,500 THB - 3,000 THB a month extra!)

Qualification
? At least 1 year experience within the hospitality industry!
? Have experience in Cocktails/smoothies/shakes
? Age preferably 18 - 35 years
? Customer focused ( Always happy & willing to help others)
? Friendly & smiley
? Hard working & enthusiastic to learn English & to try out new challenges
? We strictly do not allow any phones during work hours ! Only for emergency
? Hair must be tied up always & uniform must be kept clean & tidy first impression is important
? We require someone who can be trustworthy, reliable & punctual.

Social Security for staff who have worked with us for 6 months or more
Free accommodation can be provided, only 10 minutes by motorbike or a bicycle. (E.g. electricity & water must be split by staff members who are staying in the accommodation.)
